AC was not working whole night after calling also no one came. Again i called at 5 in reception he told we will come after 7 am. House keeping was worst and such pathetic room cleaning was done. I recommend not to use the hotel or test your luck ...

The house keeping staff is very good in service.. also the room dining experience is awesome.. I am staying here long and I selected this hotel based on recommendation of my friend. The restaurant staff is very supportive... Mr. Amit has good courtesy and friendly behaviour.

Hotel located at city centre and very near to rave 3 mall. Hotel front/reception ambiance was good. I booked executive room (old wing) which was not up to the mark, old rooms, expensive, whole night ac was creating problem, getting off itself. Service phone was also not working so very difficult to raise complaint at reception. Rooms were also far from main building so impossible to go to reception at night. Overall experience was not good at all. Best part of this hotel was restaurant staff behaviour only. They were serving buffet breakfast in restaurant and limited variety not such great. Hotel pool was also not working.

Pathetic rooms they had 2 buildings, one is old and 2nd is new. They are allotting the rooms to mmt customers in old building, which is under renovation and very dangerous to stay

It is not a 5 star. The amenities are third class. They are using very poor quality of furniture ***** with ample cost cutting in all their survices. Staff is also not good. The hotel manager is very rude and doesn’t understand the term called as hospitality and people management.

The property is good and spacious, the amenities are great, location is good, caretaker is available whenever required.. they have arrangements for food also.. overall we had a great experience. staff to provide best and best services smooth checkin experience and an upgrade from the front office team it was a blissfull experience

Very accommodating staff who react with quick attention may it be food or housekeeping or upgrades. We were offered suite which made our stay at vijay memorable and doubly enjoyable. Thanks mmt, you made our day

Hotel is location is very good centre of city, very near to rave 3 mall. Rooms were having all basic amenities like toiletries, dental kit, shaving kit, clean towels, electric kettle, etc. I was stayed there for 2 days and booked executive room (old wing) and second day they upgraded my room, thanks to them. Executive room was not that much good as price point of view. Rooms ac was not working properly, took almost more than 7-8 hours to maintain room temperature pleasent. Very less pressure in wash room tapes. Bed, curtains, furniture, electric kettle were old and not maintained properly. But my upgraded room was good with all amenities. Hotel staff was courteous and over all good service. Hotel pool was so much dirty and i raised complaint at reception but they just ignored. Wi-fi was working excellent. Breakfast was with full of variety.
